Dear Parents,
We have been busy exploring the materials in our classroom and I posted some pictures on our new blog. Go to emontpelierschool.org and click on School, Classrooms, Preschool, then “follow by email.” Once you are there, sign in with your email address and you will receive notification every time I post something.
I wanted to give you some great news. Your children will now be participating in the Spanish program! Once a week, our Spanish teacher,Ashley Gray, will be joining us in our classroom. Stay tuned for some words and phrases in Spanish that might make their way to your home.
There is something else I wanted to mention that you might not have thought about when shopping for clothing.
This tidbit is mostly for parents of boys. Please think about dressing your child in easy to pull down pants or shorts. Forget about those cool belts or pants that have a fly and tricky snaps! When it’s time to use the bathroom -- seconds count!
Homework Assignment: Please send in a baby picture of your child and a little statement about how you chose your child’s name. We will be sharing these during our meeting time and then hanging them up on our new bulletin boards. Thanks so much.
