We are thankful

This past week we read some books about Thanksgiving, learned some poems and made some turkeys.
We also enjoyed a great book by Todd Parr called The Thankful Book and started a class quilt showing what we are thankful for.  Check it out when you visit.

As you will notice in our pictures students have loved riding the tricycles and scooter.  If you can send in a thin hat to go under the helmet that would be helpful for the short time we have left to ride.
Please check your child's extra clothing to make sure it is suitable for winter weather.  Extra socks would also be a great idea.

I wanted to give you some dates to save for our little  holiday performance.  For the afternoon group save December 15th at 2:15 and for the morning group save December 17th at 10:10.  More details will be forthcoming.

William's mom came to share their beautiful Angora rabbits.  We also learned what are good for rabbits to eat and what are some foods rabbits should never consume.

We welcome all parents who wish to share something of interest to our students.
